摘    要:本试验选用两种不同的玉米品种,在四个不同盐浓度下分析了不同生长期SOD、POD、CAT活性和MDA含量的变化。结果表明,在不同浓度的盐胁迫条件下,SOD活性在三叶期、开花期、灌浆期及掖单22的大喇叭口期均随盐浓度的增加而提高,达到一定限度又降低,而登海9号的大喇叭口期在盐浓度为0~0.6%范围内,随着盐浓度的升高SOD活性逐渐升高。POD活性在三叶期及灌浆期均表现为随盐浓度的增加而提高,达到一定限度又降低;在大喇叭口期及开花期随着盐浓度的升高POD活性逐渐升高。CAT活性在大喇叭口期、灌浆期及掖单22的三叶期表现为随盐浓度的增加而提高,达到一定限度又降低;在开花期及登海9的三叶期随着盐浓度的升高CAT活性逐渐升高。MDA含量逐渐上升。

Abstract:Using two different maize genotypes,activities of SOD,POD,CAT and contents of MDA were investigated under four different levels of salt stress.The results showed that the activities of SOD was increased with increasing salinity and then decreased when reaching certain limitation in three leaves stage,blooming date,grouting period and maletetrad of YD-22.The activities of SOD of DH-9 was increased with the increasing of salinity in maletetrad.The activities of POD was increased with the increasing of salinity and decreased when reaching certain limitation in three leaves stage and grouting period.The activities of POD was increased with the increase of salinity in maletetrad and blooming date.The activities of CAT was increased with the increasing of salinity and decreased when reaching certain limitation in maletetrad,grouting period,three leaves stage of YD-22.The activities of CAT was increased with the increasing of salinity in blooming date and three leaves stage of DH-9.The contents of MDA was increased with the increasing of salinity.
