D-二聚体在卵巢癌预后评估中的价值

目的研究D-二聚体对卵巢癌患者的预后评估价值。方法回顾性地分析了130名卵巢癌患者就诊时的血浆D-二聚体水平以及在确诊后8 a内的生存状况。采用受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线分析法、Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和Cox风险比例模型分析了D-二聚体对卵巢癌患者的预后评估价值。结果 D-二聚体水平随着卵巢癌患者国际妇产科联盟（FIGO）分期的递进而增加。D-二聚体预测卵巢癌患者死亡的曲线下面积为0.72,与CA125相似。D-二聚体≥355.0μg/L的患者,预后较差。在校正了CA125水平后,D-二聚体≥355.0 g/L对卵巢癌的预后仍然独立相关。结论 D-二聚体可能是卵巢癌患者独立的预后标志物。

Prognostic value of D-dimer for ovarian cancer

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of D-dimer for ovarian cancer. Methods Plasma D-dimer level and 8-year survival status of 130 patients with ovarian cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The prognostic value of D-dimer for patients with ovarian cancer were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic（ROC） curve, Kaplan-Meier survive curve and Cox proportional hazard model. Results Plasma D-dimer level was increased with progression of FIGO stages. Like CA125, the area under curve（AUC） of D-dimer was 0.72 for death prediction of ovarian caner. Prognosis was poor in patients with D-dimer ≥ 355 ìg/L. D-dimer ≥ 355 ìg/L was independently associated with the prognosis of ovarian caner after adjusted CA125. Conclusion D-dimer may be an independent factor for prognostic evaluation of ovarian caner patients.
