摘    要:采用比较生理学的方法研究了糖用甜菜和饲用甜菜生育期间蔗糖变化规律及其在各器官中的分配动态。结果表明,(1)生育期间甜菜叶片、叶柄和根中的蔗糖含量皆呈逐渐增加的趋势。特别是1对真叶时,胚轴中就已有蔗糖存在,并在8片叶脱皮时蔗糖含量即高达10%左右。其中叶片和叶柄中为饲用甜菜高于糖用甜菜,根中则正好相反。(2)叶片中蔗糖积累强度呈先上升后下降再上升又下降趋势,但糖用甜菜上升幅度小;叶柄中表现为先上升后

Abstract:Comparative analyses were carried out on sucrose changing law and its distribution dynamic state between sugarbeet and fodder beet during their growth duration.The results showed:(1)The sucrose content in leaf blade,leaf stalk and root increased gradually during growth duration.Especially at the stage of a pair of leaves,sucrose already existed in embryonal axis and the sugar content teached 10% or so at the decortication stage of 8 leaves.The sucrose content in leaf blade and leaf stalk are higher in fodder beet than in sugar beet,while,In root it's on the contrary.(2)The sucrose accumulating density in leaf blade showed the tendency of increasing -decreasing-increasing-decreasing.But the increasing range was low in sugarbeet.In leaf stalk it showed first it increased then decreased and the high peak of sugarbeet was low and appeared later.In root it showed the tendency of decreasing then increasing and after the stage of 25 leaves,it continued to increase in sugarbeet but decreased by a big margin in fodder beet.(3)The sucrose distribution in leaf blade and leaf stalk decreased gradually or had a little fluctuation and it's higher in fodder beet than in sugarbeet.In root it increased gradually then transited stably,after the stage of 25 leaves,it continued to increased in sugarbeet but maintained stable tendency in fodder beet.And it's higher in sugarbeet than in fodder beet.So it indicated that in leaf blade of sugarbeet cultivar the ability of sucrose synthesis and transportation was high,the transportation gradient was reasonable,the sucrose distribution centralized in the middle and latter phase.And sugarbeet cultivar had higher accumulation and storage ability of sucrose in root. Finally,it showed a large number of sucrose accumulation in root.in sugarbeet cultivar.
