生物柴油的制取及其在柴油机上的试验研究

摘    要:以地沟油为原料,硫酸为催化剂,采用脂交换法进行生物柴油的实验室制取试验,所得产品性能指标接近矿物柴油,符合国内外相关标准。并研究了生物柴油对柴油机燃油消耗率和烟度排放的影响,结果表明,掺烧含有生物柴油的柴油-生物柴油混合燃料使得燃油消耗率略有增加但烟度排放大幅减少。

Abstract:Biodiesel is produced through trans-esterification reaction of waste oils with catalyst of sulfruic acid in the laboratory condition.Its performance is similar to mineral diesel and in accord with the American diesel standards.The effect using bio-diesel to the fuel(consumption) and smoke of diesel engine is studied,which shows that the fuel consumption will(increase) slightly but the smoke emission decrease largely when using diesel-biodiesel mixed fuel on diesel engine.
