合肥市野生大豆的饲用价值研究

摘    要:
对野生大豆的研究大多数集中在对其遗传基因的开发利用上,其饲用价值的研究较少,并且大多数集中在野生大豆种子的营养成分和饲用价值的研究,而对野生大豆全株饲用价值分析的报道很少。在合肥市采集野生大豆种子并在半野外环境下种植,对其全株的主要营养成分和刈割价值进行分析,发现野生大豆蛋白质含量较高,可与饲用苜蓿草粉相当,而粗纤维含量略低于苜蓿草粉,并且野生大豆的生物学产量也较高,有良好的抗旱性,是一种优良的饲草资源。

Study on the Glycine soja Feeding Value in Hefei

Abstract:
Glycine soja research focuses primarily on its genetic, the study of its feeding value is less and the majority concentrates on seed nu- trients and feeding value. The samples used in the experiment were collected from Hefei and planted in the semi-wild environment, its main nu- tritional components of whole plant and cutting value analysis indicated that the protein content is similar to alfalfa meal, crude fiber content is slightly lower than alfalfa meal. Glycine soja is an excellent forage resource with its high biological yield and good drought resistance.
