| 摘 要： | 从依据新农村建设需要创新新型农民培训模式,依据新农村建设和农民需要选择教学内容,依据农民的认知行为特点设计和建设教学场景,依据职业标准要求完善质量评价管理,依据培训要求搞好影响教学质量的关键控制点监控5个方面分析了提高农民培训质量的途径及其在农民培训中的具体应用特点。

| Abstract: | Improving the training quality of farmer was analyzed in the following items: innovating new models of the farmer training based on the new rural construction needs;choosing teaching contents based on the new rural construction and farmer needs;designing and building teaching environment based on the behavioral characteristics of the farmer;making perfectly of the quality evaluation management based on professional standard requirements,doing well on the CCP monitoring of affecting teaching qualities based on the training requirements,etc.The characteristic of application in farmer training was analyzed. |
