借鉴国外农技推广模式 促进我国农业科技推广

文章简要介绍了发达国家农业技术推广的模式和成功经验,提出了建立以政府为主导的多元化高效农技推广体系,重视科研、教育、推广的协调配合,完善农技推广体系经费保障制度,加强农技推广人才队伍建设和丰富农技推广手段等措施,以期进一步促进我国农业科技成果的推广应用,促进现代农业的发展。

Learning from Foreign Agricultural Extension Models and Promoting Agricultural Science and Technology Extension in China

Agricultural extension models and successful experiences in developed countries were briefly introduced in this paper.It was suggested as follow,building effective multiple extension system instructed by government,scientific research units and education department should cooperated,improving guarantee regulations,perfecting safeguard system of funds of agricultural extension system,strengthening the construction of qualified agricultural extension personnel and enriching extension methods.These would promote the extension and application of agricultural science and technology achievements in China and could accelerate the development of modern agriculture.
