| 摘 要： | 中原经济区建设必须走工业化、城镇化和农业现代化(以下简称"三化")协调发展之路。文章阐述了中原经济区建设"三化"协调发展的内涵和基本要求,对中原经济区主体——河南省"三化"协调发展进行了实证分析,指出了河南省"三化"协调发展存在的主要问题,并提出了加快构建现代农业产业体系、发展适度规模经营、统筹城乡协调发展、积极发展新型工业等实现河南省"三化"协调发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The building of central economic region must follow a path of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization (hereinafter referred to as "Three Changes ") in a coordinated way.The connotation and basic requirements of " Three Changes" balanced development were explained in the paper.Main problems exist in "Three Changes" balanced development in Henan Province were pointed out after empirical analysis of main body of central economic region.Countermeasures were proposed for realizing " Three Changes" balanced development in Henan Province,i.e.,speeding up building of modern agricultural industry system,developing suitable size business,arranging urban and rural development coordinately,and positively developing new type industry,etc. |
