摘    要:文章从农业科研管理的角度,对省级农业科研单位的人才发展方向进行了分析,提出了重点培养两种"支撑型"人才的人才发展规划,即培养具有国内科研前沿水平的科技领军人才和专业技术水平高、协调能力强的技术推广人才,介绍了辽宁省果树科学研究所在两种"支撑型"人才培养方面的实践,并针对实践过程中存在的问题提出了增加资金投入、建立新型的人才筛选和评价制度等对策建议。

Abstract:Taking Liaoning Pomology Research Institute as a case,the talent development direction of provincial agricultural research institutes was analyzed in the paper.Two types of supportive talents,the scientific and technological leading talents whose level of scientific research always are in the forefront of the domestic industry and the agricultural science and technology extension talents who have high professional standard and strong coordination capability,should be the focus on training in provincial research institutes.The practice on personnel training and problems in it were introduced.Meanwhile,increasing financial inputs and building new-style personnel screening system and evaluation system was suggested.
