火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定中药材中微量铁含量研究

摘    要:[目的]建立中药材中微量铁含量的测定方法。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法进行测定,测定波长为248.3 nm。[结果]铁在1.0~8.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 3,n=5),平均回收率为100.91%(RSD=1.94%,n=5)。[结论]该方法简便、灵敏,适用于中药材中微量铁的检测。

Determination of Trace Iron in Traditional Chinese Medicines by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:[Objective] A method was established to determine the content of trace iron in traditional Chinese medicines.[Method] Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used and the determination wavelength was 248.3 nm.[Results] The linear range of determination of trace iron was1.0~8.0 μg(r=0.999 3),the average recovery and RSD value of trace iron were 100.91% and 1.94% respectively.[Conclusion] The method is simple and sensitive for determination of trace iron in traditional Chinese medicines.
