不同生长调节剂对烤烟生长及产质量的影响

目的]研究不同生长调节剂对烤烟生长及产质量的影响。方法]对移栽大田20 d后的烤烟连续3次施用不同的生长调节剂。结果]生长调节剂GA3、6-BA及两者的混合使用都能促进株高增长、顶叶开片,IAA不利于烤烟顶叶开片、提高株高、增加产质量,不能单独使用,但可与6-BA混合使用,可提高农艺性状和产质量,改善烟叶品质,6-BA单独使用不能提高烤烟产质量,但可与GA3混合使用农艺性状和产值较好。结论]在烤烟生产过程中使用一定浓度的GA3、GA3+6-BA、IAA+6-BA,不仅能提高烟株田间农艺性状,对烤烟的经济性状也有不同程度的改善。

Effects of Different Growth Regulators on Growth,Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

Objective]The aim was to study the effects of different growth regulators on growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.Method]The flue-cured tobaccoes transplanted in fields for 20 days were applied with different growth regulators for 3 times continuously.Result]GA3,6-BA and 6-BA +GA3 could promote height increase and parietal opening.IAA went against parietal opening,height increase and yield and quality increase,so it couldn’t be used individually,but IAA+6-BA could improve agronomic characters and yield and quality.6-BA couldn’t improve the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco individually,while 6-BA+GA3 could bring good agronomic characters and yield.Conclusion]If a certain dose of GA3,GA3+6-BA and IAA+6-BA are applied in the production process of flue-cured tobacco,not only field agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco plants but also economic characters of flue-cured tobacco could be promoted at different degrees.
