| 摘 要： | 介绍了农村的防雷现状,提出了农村防雷的技术性措施(农村建房、电力线路、电视、电话、家用电器等方面的防雷措施)和政策性建议(建立一套完善的农村防雷体系;加强雷电灾害的预警预报及加强农村雷电科普知识宣传),最后提出日常生活中实用的简易防雷措施,旨在为减少雷电灾害损失,进一步推进新农村建设的稳步开展提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | The present situation of rural lightning prevention was introduced,the technical measures(the rural housing,power lines,telephone,television,household appliances and so on) and policy suggestions(strengthening rural lightning warning forecast and reinforcing propagation of popular science knowledge) for rural lightning protection were put forward,finally the practical and simple lightning protection measures were pointed out,in order to provide references for reduction of the loss caused by lightning disaster and further advancing the steady development of the new socialist country side. |
