| 摘 要： | 农民在生态环境治理中的作用是通过其环境行为来实现的,制约农民环境行为的因素有产权不清晰、激励不足、生态需求不旺、法律不完备、组织不健全、信息不完全和能力不足等,要通过提高生态素养、发挥市场功能、完善法律体系和健全"自组织"等措施促进农民环境行为的发生,推动农村生态环境保护事业的发展。

| Abstract: | The role of farmers in the management of ecological environment is through its environmental behavior to achieve.Restricting factors of farmers’ environment behavior such as ambiguous property right,insufficient incentive,lack of ecological needs,law imperfectly,organizations are not perfect,incomplete information and scarce capacity.Through the measures such as improve ecological literacy,develop market function,perfect law system and sound self-organization to promote rural ecological environment protection development. |
