神仙草组织培养快繁技术的研究

摘    要:以神仙草的茎段和叶片为外植体,研究神仙草在添加了不同的激素成分及不同浓度的培养基中对不定芽诱导、继代增殖和生根培养的影响,结果表明:初代培养的适宜培养基是MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;继代增殖适宜培养基是:MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;生根适宜培养基是:1/2MS+NAA 1.0mg/L。

Abstract:The influences of the factors such as composition and concent ration of hormones in culture medium upon adventitious bud induction,shoot proliferation and rooting were studied with the means tissue culture and the stem and leaf meristem of Gynura divaricata as explant,to find out the optimum culture medium for rapid propagation of Gynura divaricata.It shows that the most appropriate induction culture medium is MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;The most appropriate secondry culture medium is MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.The most appropriate roots planting culture medium is 1/2MS + NAA 1.0mg/L.
