摘    要:增加红光比例对叶面积的增加有一定的促进作用,但使比叶重降低,叶片变薄,较高的红光比例可使叶绿素含量下降,叶色减淡,转化酶活性提高,净光合速率增加,叶片总碳、还原糖含量增高,总氮、蛋白质含量下降,C/N明显增加,碳代谢增强,在施氮水平过高时,生育后期增加红光比例有利于促进碳氮代谢的协调。增加蓝光比例对叶

Abstract:Increasing red light proportion had some effects to increase Leaf area, but made the specific leaf weight lower and the leaf thiner. Red light could decrease the content of chlorophyll, make the leaf colour lighter, increase the invertase activity, net photosynthetic rate, total carbon content, reducing sugar contents and the C/N, decrease the total nitrogen and protein contents increase a higher C metabolism and lower N metabolism. The blue light had retarding effects on leaf growth. Blue light could increase the specific leaf weight and the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight making the leaf thicker and the content of chloroghyll higher, it could increase NR activity, respiratory rate, the contents of total nitrogen, protein, amino acid, and strengthen the N metabolism.
