| 摘 要： | 鄂西生态文化旅游圈(以下简称鄂西生态圈)农村水资源问题日益突出,给鄂西生态圈的科学发展带来极大挑战.阐述了鄂西生态圈农村水资源面临的相关问题,从农村水资源统筹规划、管理监督机制的完善、加强水资源科学利用等方面提出了鄂西生态圈水资源科学发展的几点对策.

| Abstract: | The water problem in the rural areas of ecological and cultural tourism circle in western Hubei(hereinafter referred to as western Hubei ecological circle) has been increasingly outstanding,bringing about great challenges to the sustainable development of the ecosystem.The related problems about water resource in rural areas of western Hubei ecological circle were analyzed,and several countermeasures were put forward from the perspectives of overall planning,improving management and supervision system,strengthening the scientific use and so on. |
