| 摘 要： | 选取高海拔低氧环境饲养的藏猪、长白猪为研究对象,利用直接测序法和PCR-RFLP分子标记技术对促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)基因进行多态性分析,结果表明,藏猪EPO基因相对于长白猪存在16个转换,1个15bp片段的缺失。

| Abstract: | Tibetan pigs,Landrace were selected to analyze the polymorphism of erythropoietin gene(EPO) by the direct sequencing method and PCR-RFLP molecular markers.The result showed that compared with Landrace,there were 16 conversions and a 15 bp deletion in EPO gene sequence of Tibetan pig. |
