工业-资源型城市土地利用变化机制分析——以贵州省六盘水市中心城区为例

为揭示工业-资源型城市土地利用变化的一般规律,利用1990、2000、2010年三期遥感影像对贵州省六盘水市中心城区土地利用进行监测,并运用GIS空间分析和数理统计功能,结合社会经济及人口数据对六盘水市土地利用的时空变化情况及机制进行深入分析.结果表明,六盘水市中心城区土地利用变化主要表现为原有水田、旱地、未利用地明显减少,城镇建设用地迅速增加；2000-2010年变化速度明显高于1990-2000年,郊区大部分耕地转变为建设用地；1990-2010年林地、草地变化数量不大,整体呈现先减少后增加的变化趋势；总体看来,2000-2010年土地利用变化幅度较大,其主要驱动因素为快速的人口扩张及产业结构调整.

Analysis on the Mechanism of Land Use Change in Industrial Resource Based City:A Case Study of Downtown Zone in Liupanshui in Guizhou Province

The land use change of central urban area in Liupanshui of Guizhou Province was monitored using remote sensing images obtained in 1990,2000 and 2010.With the spatial analysis and mathematical statistics of GIS,the present land use map,dynamic changes and transition matrix of land use types were got.Combined with social economy status and population,the temporal and spatial variation and its mechanism of land use in the central urban area of Liupanshui were further analyzed.The results showed that paddy fields,dry land and unused land in the central urban area of Liupanshui decreased obviously while the town construction land increased significantly.The rate of land use change during 2000-2010 was obviously higher than that during 1990-2000.Most cultivated land in suburbs was translated to construction land.During these two decades,the amount of forest land and grass land decreased at first and then increased,and did not change too much as a whole.Overall,the degree of land use change was great during these two decades;and the key driving forces were rapid population expansion and adjustment of industrial structure.
