摘    要:
研究以6种移栽的2年生鸭茅品种为材料,每个品种设置3个重复对其进行低温处理,通过控制低温处理时间(0、24、48、72、96 h),测出相应品种中叶片的相对含水量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、电导率等生理生化指标.分析了各指标变化与鸭茅抗寒性的关系,并对其抗寒性进行客观评价,比较不同品种之间的抗寒性,分析各抗寒性指标的变化规律.通过叶片相对电导率结合Logistic方程求植物的低温半致死温度来评价植物的抗寒性,探索一套更科学的适合牧草的抗寒性评估体系.综合分析鸭茅不同品种抗寒性强弱顺序如下:宝兴>01-103>02-123>02-116>79-9>01076.

Abstract:
Six varieties of Dactylis glomerats L.were treated with low temperature to access its cold tolerance based on the detection of several physiological and biochemical indexes(i.e.relative water content,soluble sugar content,MDA content,electrical conductivity,etc.),and correlation analysis.Each variety had 3 repeats per treatment in which treating time was 0,24,48,72 or 96 h.The relationships between the change of indexes and cold tolerance of orchardgrass were analyzed,the cold tolerance was evaluated objectively,the cold tolerance of different varieties was compared and the varing pattern was analyzed.Based on the change curve of leaf relative conductivity(REC),the semilethal temperature which calculated through logistic equation,were used to evaluate the cold tolerance of the plants.It might be more scientific for the cold torlerance evaluation of forage grass.The results showed that the cold-tolerrance of the 6 kinds of D.glomeratas were sequenced by Baoxing,01-103,02-123,02-116,79-9 and 01076.
