摘    要:为了研究温度对四角蛤蜊耗氧率和排氨率的影响,设置了5个温度梯度(12、17、22、27和32℃)进行试验。结果表明:12℃到27℃的温度范围内,四角蛤蜊的耗氧率随温度升高而升高,在27℃时达到最大值。在试验设定的温度范围内,随着温度的升高,排氨率不断升高。耗氧率和排氨率与水温的关系分别符合三次线性关系。

Abstract:Five temperature grades( 12, 17, 22, 27 and 32 °c) were set in order to study on the effects of temperature on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of clam Mactra veneriformis. The experimental results indicated that within the range of temperature 12-27 °C, the oxygen consumption rate increased with the increase of water temperature and reached a maximum in 27 °C. Meanwhile the ammonia excretion rate kept on increasing within the range of temperature we set. The relationship between the temperature and the oxygen consumption rate or the ammonia excretion rate accorded with the cubic linear equation.
