| 摘 要： | 文章通过实地调查，摸清了哈尔滨市休闲渔业的基本情况、发展模式、分布特点和经营类型，分析了哈尔滨市休闲渔业发展中存在的问题，结合国内外休闲渔业发展经验，提出了进一步推动哈尔滨市休闲渔业发展的对策建议。
