| 摘 要： | 白背毛木耳属木腐性真菌，添加适量的氮源可以显著的提高木耳的产量，试验结果表明，膨化豆粕可以作为白背毛木耳的理想氮源，5％的添加量产量最高，效益最好；膨化豆粕的添加量增加，污染率也显著上升。

| Abstract: | Auricularia polytricha was a kind of wood - rot fungi, and adding the right amount of nitrogen source can significantly increase the production of Auricularia polytricha. The results showed that adding 5% soybean meal could increase yield by 12. 5% and income by 0.18 yuan. The contamination rate was increased with the increasing of soybean meal. |
