摘    要:通过对韩国食用菌产业的栽培历史、栽培现状,韩国食用菌分布、栽培和生产情况,进出口概况,菌种开发管理情况等进行综述,以期为我国食用菌产业的发展提供相关信息。

Abstract:The cultivation history and present situation, mushroom distribution, cultivation and production conditions, import and export situation, strain development and management methods of South Korea edible mushroom industry were reviewed in this pa- per, which would provide relevant information for the development of Chinese mushroom industry.
