无花果内生真菌的抑菌活性筛选

摘    要:以金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)为测试菌种,对无花果根、茎、叶中分离出的87株内生真菌进行活菌筛选,结果表明:无花果87株内生真菌中有36株对1种或多种指示菌有拮抗作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用的有18株,对枯草芽孢杆菌有抑菌作用的有11株,对大肠杆菌有抑菌作用的有7株;活性菌株抗菌活性多以中等活性为主,高活性和低活性的菌株较少。从36株有活性的菌株中选出具有代表性的20株内生真菌的代谢产物进行抗菌活性筛选,结果表明20株菌株的代谢产物至少对1种供试菌株具有抑菌活性。

Screening of Antibacterial Activities of Endophytic Fungi Isolated from Ficus carica

Abstract:With Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli as the test species,the Ficus carica roots,stems and leaves of 87 isolated strains of endophytic viable fungi were screened. The results showed that:87 endophytic fungi have 36 pairs of one or more indicator bacteria have antagonistic effects;one of the Staphylococcus aureus inhibition of 18 strains of Bacillus subtilis have antimicrobial effect 11 strains of Escherichia coli have inhibitory effects on the 7 strains isolated strains to moderate antibacterial activity and more activity-based,high activity and low activity strains less. There is activity from the 36 selected representative strains of 20 strains of endophytic fungi metabolites of antimicrobial activity screening. The results showed that:20 strains of metabolites at least one kind of test bacteria with antibacterial activity.
