摘    要:取已长幼根,幼芽的小苍兰试管苗,用海藻酸钠和氯化钙反应进行包埋,制成小苍兰非胚状体人工种子,浸入液体石蜡中,并在弱光和平均温度15℃的条件下进行贮存试验。30天后将人工种子表面的液体石蜡洗净,播种于灭菌的炉渣中,置于普通实验室窗下,大多数人工种子发芽长大成苗。用液体石蜡贮存人工种子的方法,既易掌握又较经济,可在一定程度上代替低滥条件。在节约能源和延长贮存期上具有很大的潜在意义。另外,用小苍兰的试管苗研制人工种子,也是研制非胚状体人工种子的一种新尝试。

Abstract:An immersion storage method of artificial seeds of Freesia refracta in mineral oil under weak light was tested. After 30 days of immersion, the artificial seeds were washed with liguid detergent and sowed in autoclaved cinders in a common greenhouse. Most of the stored seeds germinated and grew well. The immersion storage method in mineral oil is economical and easy to run since a relatively higher temperature (an average of 15℃)was employed other than low temperature (4℃) . In addition, instead of embryoids the artificial seeds mentioned were made from in vitro derived small seedlings which were coated with a gel of calcium alginate produced by the reaction between sodium alginate and calcium chloride. The production of non-embryoids artificial seeds is also a new attempt to manufacture artificial seeds of those plant species whose embryoids could not be induced.
