摘    要:
以内蒙古乌审旗为例,研究并建立了草地生态建设综合效益评价方法及指标体系,以期为全面开展草原生态建设综合效益评价提供依据。

Abstract:
The Chinese pasturing area are 4423600 km^2, there are 2701350 km^2 grassland among them,but the grassland can be used by people only 2253126 km^2. The grassland is not only the pastoral haunt and the developmental basic of pasturing area, but also a crude ecological barrier which is very important in north of China. It has important strategic position in the aspects of supporting the welfare, race to solidify and national safety. Since 90s, the water-saving irrigation engineering had been developed actively by people, remarkable ecological benefit were obtained, economic benefit and social benefit, but the scientific and mature technique to evaluate them were absent. The evaluation measure and systematic index of synthetical benefit for water-saving irrigation engineering in the grassland of Washen County were discussed.
