摘 要: | [目的]研究罗汉松嫩枝扦插育苗技术。[方法]对影响罗汉松嫩枝扦插生根效果的植物生长调节剂、扦插基质、激素品种、激素浓度等因子进行了扦插育苗试验。[结果]根长、生根数、生根率最好的组合是黄土+NAA(200μg/ml)。[结论]基质为黄土、激素为NAA(萘已酸)、浓度为200μg/ml的处理组合(A2B3C1)生根率、生根数和最长根长均最好。

Abstract: | [Objective]The technique of cutting and seedling raising on podocaarpus macrophyllus was studied.[Method]The factors including plant growth regulators,cutting media,varieties and density of hormone that affecting the seeding raising of Podocaarpus macrophyllus was carried out.[Result]The best treatment was yellow soil+NAA(200 μg/ml).[Conclusion]It was obviously the most in branch accelerated rooting,rooting number and rooting length under treatment media of yellow soil,NAA and A2B3C1 in 200 μg/ml concentration. |
