摘    要:
采用气相色谱-质谱法测定豆磺隆在土壤中的残留动态,样品经0.2 mol·L^-1NaHCO3溶液:甲醇(体积比为1∶1)提取,二氯甲烷净化,调整pH后经盐酸水解再由二氯甲烷萃取,浓缩后经气相色谱质谱联用仪测定。结果表明,回收率、精密度和检出限均符合残留分析的要求。

Abstract:
A GC-MS method for the residue dynamics in soybean soil of Chlorimuron-ethyl had been established. Samples were extracted by 0.2 mol·L^-1 NaHCO3 :methanol(v: v= 1 : 1), cleaned by dichloromethane, then adjusted the pH of the solution and extracted by dichloromethane, finally after concentrated, the samples were detected by GC-MS. The recovery, precisions and accuracies were all meet the requirements of determination.
