| 摘 要： | 为研究败酱草总皂甙抗小鼠宫颈癌活性,对败酱草粗提物采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化得到总皂甙,按照A(阴性对照)、C(250 mg/kg)、D(1000 mg/kg)3个试验组对建立的小鼠U14宫颈癌模型进行灌胃试验,B(阳性对照)腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX),15 d后检测肿瘤生长抑制率,生命延长率,机体免疫器官(胸...
