| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外关于污染事故损害评价的相关进展情况。以环境价值和生态系统服务功能为理论基础，构建了生态环境损害的指标体系。根据现有的环境经济价值评价方法，对生态环境损害的指标进行量化方法的筛选和匹配，并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Related research progress on assessment of eco-environmental damage after pollution accident at home and abroad was introduced.taking environment value and ecosystem service function as theoretical basis,index system of eco-environmental damage was constructed;according to the existing assessment methods of environmental economic value,the article carried on selecting and matching the indictors of the eco-environmental damage with the quantitative method,and several related advices were put forward. |
