摘    要:对某电动载货车后桥在垂直静载、紧急制动工况时的受力情况进行研究,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对某电动载货车后桥的结构强度进行分析。并通过台架试验验证了该有限元分析方法的有效性。根据有限元分析结果和台架试验的试验结果,对某电动载货车后桥零部件中强度薄弱的板簧托架进行结构优化,以满足电动载货车后桥的强度设计要求。

Abstract:The force acting on the rear axle of an electric truck under the condition of vertical static load and emergency braking is studied.The structural strength of the rear axle is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The validity of the finite element analysis method is verified by bench test.According to the results of finite element analysis and bench test,the structure of the leaf spring bracket with weak strength in the rear axle parts is optimized to meet the strength design requirements of the rear axle of an electric truck.
