基于48 V P0+P3中混系统燃油经济性分析

摘    要:在传统动力汽车的基础上,通过更改变速箱、增加P0架构(在发动机上增加BSG电机);集成P3电机、减速器和48V电池架构,初步完成一辆样车的研制。并进一步通过研究对比此样车和传统动力车的燃油经济性,分析48VP0+P3中混系统的燃油经济性。通过对比研究发现:在保证动力性的前提下,采用48VP0+P3中混系统的样车相对于带启停的传统动力车油耗降低了大约15.8%,而相对于不带启停的传统动力车油耗降低了大约19.7%。同时,汽车的驾驶性能(纯电行驶、纯电起步)得到了显著提升,汽车的NVH、启停抖动均得到明显改善。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional power vehicles, by changing the gearbox, adding P0 architecture(adding BSG motor to the engine);Integrated with P3 motor, reducer and 48 V battery structure, a prototype car was developed. Furthermore, the fuel economy of the 48 V P0+P3 hybrid system is analyzed by comparing the fuel economy of the sample vehicle with that of traditional vehicles.Through the comparative study, it is found that on the premise of ensuring the power performance, the fuel consumption of the sample car using the 48 V P0+P3 hybrid system is reduced by about 15.8% compared with the traditional cars with stop and start,and about 19.7% compared with the traditional cars without stop and start. At the same time, the driving performance of the car(pure electric driving, pure electric starting) has been significantly improved, and the NVH and start-stop jitter of the car have been significantly improved.
