摘    要:针对铝合金电动中巴客车行驶环境中榫卯结构的疲劳强度问题,以铝合金榫卯节点为研究对象开展三点弯曲疲劳试验,研究铝合金榫卯节点疲劳性能。研究结果表明,榫卯节点裂纹萌生寿命位于总寿命的10%~20%区间。根据寿命曲线预估,每降低一个载荷等级,榫卯节点疲劳寿命约是前一载荷等级的2倍。疲劳破坏先是卯梁上翼缘受到挤压开始萌生裂纹,接着节点周围焊缝处产生新的裂纹,随着变形量增大,样件最后断裂失稳。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of fatigue strength of mortise-tenon joint in aluminum alloy electric passenger cars,this paper carried out three-point bending tests on the mortise-tenon joints made of aluminum alloy,and the fatigue performance of mortisetenon joint was investigated.The results showed that the crack initiation life of mortise-tenon joint was in the range of 10%~20%of the entire fatigue life.According to the obtained life curve,when the enforced loading downgraded a level,the fatigue life of mortisetenon joint increased to twice of the previous loading level.As for the failure mode,firstly the upper flange of the tenon was extruded and cracks initiated,and then new cracks appeared at the welding seams around the joints.With the increases of deformation,finally unstable fractures of the mortise-tenon joint happened.
