| 摘 要： | 为促进茄子无土栽培生产,以黄皮园秋茄为材料,选取32、40、50孔3种规格的穴盘,采用泥炭∶椰糠1∶1、泥炭∶珍珠岩1∶1、泥炭∶蛭石1∶1、泥炭∶椰糠∶珍珠岩∶蛭石1∶1∶1∶1四种不同配比的育苗基质进行秋茄育苗效果研究。结果表明:黄皮园秋茄育苗时,采用A2×B3处理即40孔的穴盘,配合泥炭∶蛭石1∶1的育苗基质能显著增强幼苗的叶绿素、茎粗、根鲜重、地上部鲜重、根干重及地上部干重。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the production of eggplant by soilless culture ,taking Huangpiyuan as materical , the effects of 3 different plug sizes（32 caves ,40 caves ,50 caves）and different matrix formulations on eggplant seedling were investigated .The results showed that in the 3 different plug size and 4 matrix formulation ,chlo-rophyll ,stem diameter ,shoot fresh weight ,root fresh weight ,dry weight of shoot and root of eggplant seedlings treated with 40 caves and the best ratio of peat and vermiculite was 1∶1 . |
