稻瘟酰胺在水稻植株及稻田水、土壤中的 消解动态研究

摘    要:为评价稻瘟酰胺在水稻上使用的安全性,建立其使用规范,于2006-2007年研究了35%酰胺·稻瘟灵乳油(稻瘟酰胺∶ 稻瘟灵=30∶ 5,质量比)中稻瘟酰胺在浙江和福建两地水稻植株及稻田水、土壤中的消解动态。结果表明:稻瘟酰胺标准溶液的线性方程为y=246 192x+925.88(r=0.999 7),线性范围为 0.005~1 mg/L。残留分析中样品采用乙腈和乙酸乙酯提取,经中性氧化铝和弗罗里硅土柱层析净化,气相色谱检测。当样品中添加水平为0.001~1 mg/kg时,采用该方法测得的平均回收率为78.6% ~108.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.5% ~23.4%之间;其在水稻植株、土壤和田水中的最低检测浓度(LOQ)均为0.001 mg/kg(L)。田间试验结果表明,稻瘟酰胺在稻田样品中的消解动态曲线符合一级动力学方程,其在水稻植株、土壤以及田水中消解迅速,半衰期分别为5.2~9.5、3.8~7.3、0.8~3.2 d。

Abstract:Aimed to evaluate the safety and regular use of fenoxanil in paddy field,residue decline study of fenoxanil (in fenoxanil and isoprothiolane 35% EC formulation) in paddy plant,water and soil in Zhejiang and Fujian Province were investigated between year 2006 -2007.Results indicated that the linear equation of standard solution was y=246 192x+925.88(r=0.999 7) with the linearity of 0.005 -1 mg/L,the average fortification recoveries varied from 78.6% to 108.4% with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 3.5% -23.4% when fenoxanil was spiked at 0.001 -1 mg/kg(L) level in various matrixes,and the limits of quantification (LOQ) in paddy plant,soil and water were 0.001 mg/kg(L).The decline study of fenoxanil in paddy field was carried out,the decline curves accorded with the first-order kinetics equation,and the half-lives of fenoxanil in paddy plant,soil and water were of 5.2 -9.5,3.8 -7.3 and 0.8 -3.2 d,respectively.
