| Abstract: | Insect resistance cotton variety Jinmian 26 harboring Bt gene was developed by introducing Bt gene into the elite cottin cultivars Jinmian 7.Through PCR screening,lab and field biological identification,selection and selfcross of insect resistant materials in the field,a elite line was selected and developed to Jinmian 26. |
