| 摘 要： | 西昌森林航空消防工作曾经取得一定的成绩,但还存在一些问题。促进西昌森林航空消防发展要采取的对策是：建立森林航空消防应急飞行管制机制;用好国内国外两个市场的直升机资源;加强森林火灾航空监测工作;实施一站两基地作业,分散以制宜、集中以攻坚;加快移动航站建设,提高森林航空消防的灭火能力。

| Abstract: | Xichang aviation forest fire prevention work has made great achievements.But some problems still exist.Such measures should be adopted to promote the development of Aviation Forest Guard including establishment of aviation forest fire emergency flight control system,fully use of domestic and abroad helicopter resources,Strengthening forest fire air monitoring,the implementation of a station together with two base operation.Besides,authority should also focus on the assault fortified positions,accelerate the construction of mobile terminal to improving aviation forest fire extinguishing ability. |
