稻壳粉/聚乙烯复合材料性能的研究

摘    要:
采用稻壳粉对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行改性,研究了稻壳粉用量对复合材料力学性能和吸水率的影响,并观察了稻壳粉在HDPE中的分散情况。结果表明:复合材料的弯曲强度随稻壳粉用量的增加先增加后下降,而拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度则随稻壳粉用量的增加而下降;稻壳粉在HDPE中的分散不均匀,用量较大时易出现聚集现象,两相间的粘接性变差。

Abstract:
PE(HDPE) was modified by filling with rice hull flour to prepare rice hull/PF composite. The effect of the content of rice hull flour on mechanical properties and soaking rate of the composite were studied,and the dispersion of the rice hull flour in the HDPE was observed. The results showed the flexural strength of the composite incresed in earlier stage and decreased latter, but the tensile strength,percentage elongation at break and impact strength of the composite decreased with the increse of the content of the flour. The dispersion of the flour in HDPE was not well,and aggregation of the flour appeared and the adhesion between the two phases become worse when the content of the flour was great.
