| Abstract: | Tianjiao No.1 is a new red cluster pepper variety developed by Runanzidantou as female parent and 02-3 as male parent.In Henan Province,this variety shows early maturity,medium growth potential and strong resistance to adversity,the whole growth period is 211.8 days,with 84.1 cm in height,48.3 in width.The effective branch number of it is about 8.5.The fruit is 5.3 cm in length,1.0 cm in width.the average single fruit fresh weight is about 1.65 g,and dry weight of single fruit is about 0.60 g.It sets 96.4 fruit per plant,the dry fruit yield on 667 m2 is about 271.52 kg.It has excellent overall performance and high resistance to virus disease,blight and anthrax.Tianjiao No.1 is suitable for open field cultivation in Henan province. |
