真菌分泌纤维素酶与2种草坪草凋落物有机质降解相互关系的研究

摘    要:应用摇瓶液体发酵方法,分别以多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)和白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)凋落物为底物,对2种草坪草发酵过程中真菌(Microdochium bolleyi)分泌纤维素酶活力变化以及草坪草凋落物总有机质(TOM)降解率进行了研究。结果表明:黑麦草凋落物TOM降解率高于白三叶凋落物TOM降解率(P<0.05);黑麦草凋落物诱导真菌产生的滤纸酶(FPA)和羧甲基纤维素酶(CMCase)活力均高于白三叶凋落物诱导产生的酶活力(P<0.05)。真菌分泌纤维素酶活力与凋落物TOM降解率之间存在因果关系,能够诱导真菌产生高纤维素酶活力的凋落物其TOM降解率也高。

Abstract:The dynamics of cellulolytic enzyme secreted by Microdochium bolleyi and total organic matter(TOM) degradation rates of perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.) and White Clover(Trifolium repens L.) litter were investigated using flask liquid fermentation methods.Results showed that TOM degradation rate of perennial ryegrass litter was higher compared to White Clover(P<0.05).Filter paper enzyme(FPA) and carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme(CMCase) activity secreted by Microdochium bolleyi in perennial ryegrass litter was higher than those in White Clover litter(P<0.05).There are correlations between cellulase activity and TOM degradation rate.Higher TOM degradation rates of litter can induce higher FPA and CMCase activities secreted by Microdochium bolleyi.
