人工培植竹荪与野生竹荪抗氧化活性比较研究

摘    要:
[目的]采用传统煎煮方法对人工培植竹荪与野生竹荪的水溶性成分进行提取,并研究其抗氧化活性,以及两者抗氧化活性的差异,为人工培植竹荪品质评价提供一定的参考。[方法]采用维生素C为对照品,利用DPPH自由基、·OH法测定竹荪传统水煎物的抗氧化活性,以及总还原能力。[结果]野生竹荪水煎物和人工培植竹荪水煎物均有一定的抗氧化活性,但均比维生素C弱,且研究产地的人工培植竹荪与野生竹荪的抗氧化能力没有显著性差异。[结论]仅从抗氧化能力考虑,人工培植竹荪与野生竹荪水煎煮提取物没有显著性差异,可考虑用人工培植竹荪替换野生竹荪。

Abstract:
[Objective] The research aimed to extract the water soluble components in cultivated and wild Dictyophora indusiata through decocting extraction,and analyze the antioxidant activity as well as its difference because of the different cultivating ways.This provides a referent standard for the artificial cultivated Dictyophora indusiata.[Method]Taking vitamin C as the reference substance,this study applied DPPH and · OH to examine the antioxidant activity by traditional decocting,and determined the total reduction capacity.[Result] Both wild and cultivated Dictyophora indusiata had certain antioxidant activity,but both were weaker than Vitamin C,and the antioxidant capacity of wild and cultivated Dictyophora indusiata were not significantly different.[Conclusion] There is no significant difference between the cultivated and wild Dictyophora indusiata if only considering the antioxidant activity extracted by tradintional decocting way.The cultivated Dictyophora indusiata can be a replace of the wild Dictyophora indusiata.
