摘    要:目的]通过对比不同溶剂萃取的玫瑰精油的指纹图谱,选择适宜的萃取剂。方法]在前期研究的基础上,利用红外光谱技术对不同极性的单一溶剂和混合溶剂提取的玫瑰精油及玫瑰残渣进行光谱对比分析。结果]单一溶剂只能提取出玫瑰精油的某些有效成分,所得精油的成分单一;不同极性溶剂混合浸提所得玫瑰精油的成分丰富,香气接近于天然。结论]试验结果为提高玫瑰精油的提取率提供了理论依据。

Extraction Study of Rose Essential Oil Extracted by Mixed Solvents Based on FTIR Spectrum
Abstract:Objective] The suitable extracting solvent was selected through comparing fingerprint of rose essential oil extracted by different extracting solvents.Method] On the basis of former studies,the IR spectra of extraction products and residues extracted by single solvent and mixed solvent were compared.Result] The single solvent could extract only some components of rose essential oil,while the extraction produced by mixed solvents were richer than that of any single solvent,and the fragrance of which was more strong.Conclusion] The result provides theoretical basis for improving the extraction rate of rose essential oil.
