摘    要:
[目的]分析杜仲和杜仲叶中的挥发性成分,比较这2种药材中挥发性成分的异同。[方法]采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对杜仲和杜仲叶中的挥发性成分进行分析。[结果]从杜仲叶中分离出40种化学成分,鉴定出19种化学成分,占挥发性成分总量的94.72%;从杜仲中共分离出39种化学成分,鉴定出13种化学成分,占挥发性成分总量的96.83%。杜仲和杜仲叶2种药材含量最高的挥发性成分都为壬醛,含量分别为17.47%、13.53%。[结论]杜仲与杜仲叶中挥发性成分在种类和含量上存在较大差异。

Abstract:
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the volatile components from bark and leaf of Eucommia ulmoides,and compare the similarities and differences of these two volatile components of herbs.[Methods]The volatile components of bark and leaf of Eucommia ulmoides were analyzed by headspace solid phase micro extraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[Results]40 kinds of chemical components were isolated from Eucommia ulmoides leaves,19 kinds of chemical components were identified,accounting for 94.72% of the total volatile components;39 kinds of chemical constituents were isolated from Eucommia ulmoides bark and 13 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 96.83% of the total volatile components.The volatile components with the highest contents of the two herbs were nonanal,with contents of 17.47% and 13.53% respectively.[Conclusion] The volatile components of bark and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides was a big difference in the type and content.
