汽车昼间行驶灯配光性能不确定度评定

摘    要:根据配光测试系统工作原理,对汽车昼间行驶灯进行配光性能测定和不确定度分析。通过建立数学模型,对各因素不确定度进行分析、计算,确定影响配光性能的主要因素,根据其产生的原因在测试过程中进行控制,从而减小测试偏差,提高测试准确性。

Abstract:According to principle of light distribution testing system,light distribution performance of daytime running lamp on automobile was determined and its uncertainty was analyzed.Uncertainty of each factor was analyzed and calculated by building mathematical model.Main factors that impacted light distribution performance were determined.According to its causes,control measures were carried out during testing process,in order to reduce deviation and improve accuracy of test results.
