我国工厂化养猪的现状及其前景

我国工厂化养猪始于七十年代中期,当时在大城市郊区兴建了一批工厂化猪场,一直坚持走具有中国特色的道路。但在始创期遭遇许多艰难曲折。近年由于出口需要。广东省率先大办外向型猪场并采用工厂化养猪工艺。最近大城市大办肉食品基地,积极筹建工厂化猪场,使我国工厂化养猪有了广阔的前景。十年多的实践,积累了许多经验教训。

THE PRESENT SITUATION AND THE FUTURE OF THE INDUSTRIAL PIG PRODUCTION IN CHINA

The paper states that the industrial pig production in China started in the mid-seventies by building certain amount of industrial pig farms in suburbs of big cities. From then on, it was carried on with Chinese characters. Surely, China met with a plenty of difficulties and set-backs at the beginning. Guang Dong province first set up many open-to-the-worl pig farms which use industrial pig-raising technology because of the demand of oxport in the past few years. Recently, some big cities built a lot for setting up industrial pig farms. That brings us a vast vistas in industrial pig raising in our country. Through practising during more than past ten years, Chinese people have accumulated a lot of experience and learned some lessons.
