| 摘 要： | 因林区复杂的地形地貌环境,GIS在林区监测管理系统中的应用给林火定位、地形观察、测距等日常管理带来了极大的方便。视频监控系统是目前国内外监测与防范森林火灾发生的最有效、最经济的方法之一。因此,研究设计了与视频监控技术结合的GIS系统,实现了二维平面地图、三维立体场景和监控画面三者所显示区域的一致和相互间的联动控制功能。系统成功应用在内蒙古白狼林区,给森林防火提供了有效的管理平台。 |
