试论我院实验室存在的问题及改革对策

河北林学院实验室仪器设备陈旧落后、积压浪费现象普遍，且仪器设备的利用率低；其主要原因是现行管理体制落后、经费投入乏力、管理运作实施不佳；因此，应改革以单学科设置实验室的旧模式，建立以院、系（部）、教研室三级管理并在的新模式，并相应地制定实验室装备标准，加强和改革仪器设备的管理。

ON THE EXITSTING PROBLEMS OF LABORATORY MANAGEMENT IN HEBEIFORESTRY COLLEGE ANDTHEIR COUNTERMEASURES

The laboratory instruments and cquipments in Hebei Forcstry College areobsolete,long kept in stock and have low utilization rate. The main causes are the out of datemanaging system and lack of funds.So the old model of lab establishment in line with singiebranch of leaming should be reformed, and a new system of managing the labs jointly byschool, department and teaching section be set up.At the same time,the equiping standardshould be drawn up and the instruments and equipments be well managed.
