云南石梓育苗技术研究

摘    要:通过持续多年对云南石梓进行育苗试验,结果表明,云南石梓种子宜随采随播,不同种子催芽处理发芽率差异极显著,浸晒法>温水浸种法>浸沤法>对照;育苗时间选择4月最佳,幼苗分床以具有1~2对幼叶移植为宜;苗木的生长可分为种子萌发期、扎根蹲苗期、苗木速生期和苗木慢生期,苗高速生期在7~10月,生长量占1年生苗木总生长量的86.8%,地径速生期在8~11月,生长量占1年生苗木总生长量的83.3%,依据各时期苗木生长特点采取相应的管理措施;全苗鲜重最能代表苗木的质量, D>2.5 cm 、 H>150 cm为Ⅰ级苗, D=2.5~1.5 cm 、 H=150~100 cm为Ⅱ级苗, D<1.5 cm、 H<100 cm为Ⅲ级苗。

Breeding Technology Research on Gmelina arborea

Abstract:After many years for the breeding test on Gmelina arborea, the result showed that the seed should be sown as soon as they were collected .There was the significant difference in germination rates with different treat-ments, i.e.dip drying〉warm water〉retting〉CK.April was the optimum breeding time .When there were 2~4 spires on the seedlings , it was better to divide seedbeds . There were 4 stages in the growth of the seedlings , namely germination stage , the stage of restraining seedlings growth ( for root development ) , fast growth stage , and slow growth stage .The fast growth stage of height was from July to October , and the amount of growth accounted for 86.8%of the total annual growth .The fast growth stage of stem basal diameter was from August to November , and the amount of growth accounted for 83.3 % of the total annual growth .The corresponding management meas-ures should be carried out with the seedling growth characteristics of different stages .The whole seedling fresh weight reflected the quality.D〉2.5 cm, H〉150 cm meant the first class seedling (I); D=2.5~1.5 cm, H=150~100 cm meant the second class seedling (II); D〈1.5 cm, H〈100 cm meant the third class seedling (III).
