摘    要:用3个多胚苗材料作母本与早籼“金早4号”(单胚)杂交,获得了一部分杂种多胚苗。测定了母本多胚苗和杂种多胚苗的过氧化物酶、酯酶和多酚氧化酶的同工酶。结果表明,来自同一份材料的母本多胚苗的酶带是一致的,其酶量和活性却有差异。同一杂交组合的杂种多胚苗,其酶带有偏母的(极少)和中间的2种类型。前者可能是来自珠心胚的,后者是合子胚或其他的有性胚。结合胚胎学观察初步认为,可以通过同工酶分析区分珠心胚和有性胚。

Abstract:Peroxidase, esterase and polyphenol oxidase have been analyzed in 4, 5 leaf of rice polyembryonic seedlings (parent and F, of three combinations) to show that the polyembryonic seedlings from the same parent (£) are the same band pattern, but the enzyme activity is different from each other; and in F, there is middle band pattern, and the same as parent (♀), according to the embryologic observations, that the former is from sexual embryo, the latter asexual embryo, and they can be identified by isoenzyme analysis.
