摘    要:以促进发菜生长速度为目的,通过沙培发菜,研究了不同营养液对发菜生长和品质的影响。通过浇灌在BG11营养液基础上分别添加0.5g·L-1 MgSO4、0.5g·L-1 KH2PO4、0.5g·L-1 GABA配制的营养液及BG11(CK)共4种营养液进行处理,分析测定17种常见氨基酸含量和发菜生长速率。结果表明:培养34d后,添加Mg2+和GABA处理的发菜生长速率分别比对照提高了10.20%和42.05%;与对照相比,添加PO43-处理的发菜生长速率降低了28.54%;但添加Mg2+、PO43-和GABA处理的发菜氨基酸总含量均高于对照。由此表明,适当的人工培养条件能够促进发菜生长,改善发菜的品质。

Abstract:For the purpose of promoting the growth rate of star jelly(Nostoc flageliforme),the effects of different nutrient solution on the growth and quality of star jelly by sand culture were studied.On the basis of adding 0.5 g·L-1 of MgSO4,KH2PO4 and GABA into BG11 nutrient solution which was used as control,the growth rate of star jelly as well as the contents of 17 kinds of the most common amino acid had been determined.The results showed that after 34 days of treating,compared to the control,the growth rate of star jelly adding with Mg2+ and GABA increased by 10.20% and 42.11%,respectively,whereas it decreased by 28.54% in the treatment of adding with PO3-4.However,the total contents of amino acids were all enhanced to a certain extent by the remaining three treatments compared to the control.It could conclude that the appropriate artificial cultivation condition could promote the growth and quality of star jelly.
